Diesel generators steal education from kids in low income schools. New education opportunities are created by replacing diesel with solar or wind alternatives in remote Pacific island schools. It's a neat way to reduce carbon dioxide emissions.

For example the Rabi School solar system now provides constant power and diverts over $7000 per year from fuel to books, software and other much needed resources.  That's a big deal when average family income is less than $100 per month. Plus it will save over 150 tonnes of carbon dioxide.

Creating education opportunities for kids in need -- what a great way to take a stand against climate change.  It's a unique opportunity to make a real difference that lasts for decades.
