Receipts and tax deductibility
Receipts are emailed within one week of the donation being received. Its Time Foundation Fund is a public fund (registered charity) listed on the Register of Environmental Organisations under item 6.1.1 of subsection 30-55(1) of the Income Tax Assessment Act 1997. All donations, in Australia, of $2 or more are tax deductible.
Pay by cheque
Click the "Donate" button to register your details. You are then taken to a screen with a "reference number". Please write the reference number on the back of the cheque. Post personal or bank cheques to: Its Time Foundation, PO Box 1003, Wollongong DC NSW 2500 Australia.
Direct debit
Click the "Donate" button to register your details. You are then taken to a screen with a "reference number". Make the deposit via your bank and enter the reference number in the description field (the reference number appears on our bank statement so we can easily cross reference your donation). Periodic/recurring contributions
Periodic contributions are most welcomed. When you click "Donate" you will be given the option to make a single, monthly or quarterly contribution. We prefer you make these via direct debit using the information displayed after you click "Register" Then follow your bank's specific instructions to activate the periodic transaction -- please include the "reference number" provided in your transaction set up.
Currency
Donations are accepted in the ten currencies listed. If your currency is not included please select one and your receipt will be issued in that currency. Please note: credit card donations in currencies other than AUD are made using your credit card via 'Paypal' (follow the instructions after you have selected the Paypal option).
Email address changed
Click contact us requesting the change. In the comments section include: your full name, former email address and telephone number.
If you have conducted a group fundraising activity
If no individual contributors require a receipt then you can send the funds via credit card, Paypal, direct deposit or cheque. Otherwise, so individuals receive receipts, please follow instructions on the Group Remittance Form.
